I received this decorative porcelain figurine of two playful horses or foals on consignment. The piece is in very fine condition and comes from the Graefenthal Porcelain Manufactory in Thuringia. Probably from the late 20th century. The porcelain is glazed. The horses' legs are partially suspended, which speaks to the fine craftsmanship of the factory.

Porcelain these days has a certain old-fashioned, old-fashioned connotation, but I personally love white porcelain. For me, it represents elegance and refinement, and its neutral color adapts to any living space, literally. It's a one-of-a-kind piece.
